Mat Kimchi Cut JONGGA 500 g
⚠️ Important notice regarding this fermented product
Kimchi is a live fermented product. During natural fermentation, gases are produced, so the packaging may appear slightly swollen. This is not a defect or a sign of spoilage, but a natural result of the fermentation process.
After receiving your order, we recommend placing the product in a refrigerator immediately at 0–5 °C. If left at room temperature, fermentation continues more rapidly, which may cause further swelling of the packaging and a stronger sour taste.
If delivered to a pickup point, we recommend collecting the parcel as soon as possible. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that this is a refrigerated fermented product and that delayed collection or improper storage may affect its taste, texture and appearance.
The product contains a moisture absorber sachet which is not intended for consumption.

👨🍳 Foodland Tip
Kimchi tastes best when well chilled. Younger kimchi is perfect for serving fresh, while longer-fermented kimchi develops a richer flavour and is excellent for cooking.
For authentic Korean dishes, we recommend pairing it with Korean Gochujang chili paste, soy sauces, rice or Korean instant noodles.
