How to make a complaint on our e-shop?

Complaints procedure

One of the most important aspects of online shopping is the product return process.

Although we always strive to provide only high-quality products and services, exceptional situations may occasionally occur, such as a packing error, damage during transport, or receiving an incorrect product.

We accept and process complaints only within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.

After this period, we are unfortunately unable to accept any complaints. Therefore, we kindly ask you to inspect your parcel and its contents as soon as possible after delivery.
