Shipping and payment

If you place an order for items in stock by 12:00 PM, your order will be delivered by courier companies DPD, GLS, or Nagel within 72 hours (3 business days) across Europe. In Slovakia, we also offer delivery directly to the first lockable door (door-to-door) with the option of cash on delivery.

Once the package is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to monitor the status of your shipment online. You can also set up notifications for any status changes to stay informed about the delivery.

The delivery cost depends on the weight of the package and the chosen payment method. The shipping weight, including packaging, may differ from the actual weight of the products.

New: Delivery to Packeta Pickup Points

For your convenience, we have introduced delivery to Packeta pickup points. You can choose when and where to collect your shipment, with over 600 pickup points in Slovakia and 4,000 across Europe.

How does it work?

• The order is delivered to the selected Packeta pickup point.
• The goods will be delivered within 3 business days (in the Czech Republic and Austria within 4 days).
• After dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to monitor the status of the shipment.
• When the package is ready for pickup, you will be notified by SMS and email with a code for collection.
• The package will be available for 7 calendar days at the pickup point.
• The maximum value of a cash-on-delivery order is €700.

• 24pay – Online payments through the secure 24-pay payment gateway, which supports:
  • Card payments (with 3D Secure security standards).
  • Bank transfers to the 9 largest banks in Slovakia, including the VIAMO option.
• TATRAPAY – a new payment method for customers using the TATRAPAY app.

Payments made by card and TATRAPAY are processed immediately, meaning your order can be quickly dispatched. The 24-pay payment gateway is regulated by the National Bank of Slovakia (License No. ODB-8835-5/2012).
