Step 1: Preparing the tapioca pearls
In a smaller pot, bring approximately 200 ml of water to a boil.
Add all the tapioca pearls to the boiling water.
Stir gently so that the pearls do not stick together.
Cook for 3–5 minutes until the pearls turn translucent and are pliable.
Remove the pearls and rinse them with cold water to prevent them from sticking together.
Step 2: Preparing the Matcha Syrup
Add 2–3 tablespoons of Boba Matcha syrup to the glass.
Add approximately 150–200 ml of water (or milk if you want a creamier drink).
Mix well until the syrup is completely dissolved.
Step 3: Finishing the bubble tea
Add the cooked tapioca pearls to the glass with the Matcha syrup.
Add ice cubes for a cold drink if desired.
Stir gently to combine the pearls and syrup.
Step 4: Administration
Serve immediately after preparation to enjoy the soft tapioca pearls and Matcha aroma.
You can add a mint leaf or a little milk to taste.
If you want the tapioca pearls to be more flexible, cook them for 1–2 minutes longer.
Do not expose pearls to the open air for a long time, they may harden.
You can adjust the amount of Matcha syrup according to your sweetness preference.
