1. Using a bamboo spoon, scoop approximately 1–2 g of matcha powder into a bowl.
2. If you want a perfectly smooth tea, sift the matcha powder through a sieve .
3. Add a small amount of hot water with a temperature of approximately 70–80 °C .
4. Mix with a bamboo whisk in an M or W motion until a fine foam forms.
5. After use, rinse the whisk with clean water and store it on the porcelain holder .
