P&D (Peeled & Deveined) means that the shrimp are peeled and deveined, i.e. without shell and gut, ready for immediate cooking or frying.
IQF (Individual Quick Frozen) is a method in which each food item is frozen individually to remain separate and easy to portion.
Products frozen using IQF technology retain juiciness and taste comparable to fresh ingredients after heat treatment.
Black Tiger P&D shrimp (Penaeus monodon) are already cleaned and ready for immediate use, which significantly speeds up meal preparation.
They do not contain a shell or gut, so they are suitable for quick cooking, grilling, and frying without additional preparation.
IQF freezing ensures that the individual pieces do not stick together and can be easily removed as needed.
Thanks to quick freezing, they retain their natural texture, juiciness and full flavor even after thawing.

When cooking and frying, do not overcook them – 1–2 minutes on each side is enough to keep them tender and juicy.
