Preparation Instructions:

Vietnamese Coffee Filter (Phin):

1. Add 3 tablespoons (about 20 g) of Gourmet Blend Coffee into the filter. Shake gently and lock the press inside.
2. Pour 20 ml of boiling water (96–100 °C). Wait until the water is absorbed.
3. Add another 45 ml of boiling water.
4. Cover the filter and wait 5–7 minutes for the coffee to drip slowly.
5. Add condensed milk or sugar to taste.

Tip: Traditionally served with ice and condensed milk.
