Rules of the Valentine´s contest

Basic Terms

a) Organizer: The organizer of the competition is TRALYCO, SK, spol. s r.o., Company ID: 35855991, located at Stará Vajnorská 17A / 12495, 831 04 Bratislava.

b) Prize: The prizes for 6 randomly selected participants who meet the competition requirements are 2x Sushi sets with a Sakura design and 4x Maneki Neko – Golden Lucky Cat.

c) Duration: The competition runs from 04.02.2024 to 14.02.2024 on the Organizer's Facebook and Instagram pages.

d) Organizer's Social Media:

e) Participant: A participant is any natural person who has reached the minimum age of 18 years and has fulfilled the conditions for participation in the competition.

f) Participation Requirements: A participant can enter the competition by fulfilling the following conditions:

• Facebook – Like the competition post on Facebook, tag a person or persons in the comment under the post with whom they plan to spend Valentine’s Day, and share the post.
• Instagram – Like the competition post on Instagram and tag a person or persons in the comment under the post with whom they plan to spend Valentine’s Day.

g) Competition Winner: The winners will be 6 participants randomly selected from all entries. 1 winner on Facebook will win a Sushi set, and 2 winners on Facebook will win a Lucky Cat. On Instagram, 1 winner will win a Sushi set and 2 winners will win a Lucky Cat.

h) Winner Announcement: Information about the winners will be published on the Organizer's Facebook and Instagram pages within 5 days of the competition's end. The winner must contact the Organizer within 6 calendar days of the announcement, otherwise the prize will not be awarded.

i) Exclusion from Participation: The Organizer reserves the right to exclude a participant from the competition in case of inappropriate content in their comment or gross violation of the rules.

General Provisions

Each participant may only add one comment under the competition post.

The Organizer’s employees and their close relatives, as defined by Section 116 of the Civil Code, are excluded from the competition.

The Organizer reserves the right to replace the declared prizes with similar prizes and to change the conditions for their delivery in case of unavailability.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of reward.

Participation and winning in the competition are not enforceable by legal means.

The Organizer is not responsible for the non-delivery of prize notifications due to changes in the participant’s contact details.

The participant agrees to the tax obligations arising from the income tax law.

The Organizer does not take responsibility for the payment of tax on the prize by the participant.

The winner is not entitled to change the prize, request a financial substitute, or withdraw from the prize.

Complaints within the Competition

Complaints can be submitted via email to info@foodland.sk or by mail to the Organizer’s address, specifying "Competition – Complaint".

Personal Data Protection

By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the processing of their personal data according to the data protection law.

The participant agrees to the publication of their personal data in connection with the competition on the Organizer’s websites and communication about the results.

Final Provisions

The Organizer is not responsible for the completeness of the prize rules, which may be published on promotional materials.

By registering, the participant confirms that they have read, fully understood, and agreed to the rules.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules, which will take effect upon publication on the website.

All relationships between the Organizer and the Participant are governed by the legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.

The competition is in no way associated with the social networks Facebook and Instagram.
