Detailed rules of the marketing competition „Vianočná súťaž s Foodlandom“
1. Basic concepts
a) Organizer: The organizer of the competition is TRALYCO, SK, spol. s ro, ID: 35855991, with registered office at Stará Vajnorská 17A / 12495, 831 04 Bratislava.
b) Prize: The prize for 5 randomly drawn participants who meet the competition conditions is 5 sets of 6 bowls with the same pattern (1 set of bowls - 1 pattern).
c) Period of validity: The competition runs from 12/11/2023 to 12/12/2023 on the Organizer's Facebook page and Instagram page.
d) Organizer's social networks:
e) Participant: Participant is any natural person who has reached the minimum age of 18 and has met the conditions for participation in the competition.
f) Conditions of participation: The participant participates in the competition by fulfilling the following conditions:
a) Facebook - Likes the competition post on Facebook, comments on the post letting us know what their favorite Asian food is and shares the post.
b) Instagram - "Likes" the contest entry on Instagram and posts a comment under the contest entry letting us know what his favorite Asian food is.
g) Contest winner: 5 participants, randomly drawn from all participating participants, become the winners. Of these, 3 participants will be drawn on the Organizer's Facebook page and 2 participants on the Organizer's Instagram page.
h) Notification of the prize: Information about the winners will be published on the Organizer's Facebook page and Instagram page within 5 days from the end of the competition. The winner must contact the Organizer within 6 calendar days of notification, otherwise the prize will not be awarded.
ch) Exclusion from participation: The organizer reserves the right to exclude a participant from the competition in case of inappropriate content of his comment or gross violation of the rules.
2. General provisions
Each participant can add only one comment under the competition entry.
The Organizer's employees and their relatives are excluded from the competition in accordance with para. § 116 of the Civil Code.
The organizer reserves the right to replace the declared winnings with similar winnings and to change the conditions of their sale in case of unavailability.
Winnings cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of reward.
Participation and winnings in the competition are not legally enforceable.
The organizer is not responsible for non-delivery of the notification about the win due to a change in the Participant's contacts.
The participant agrees to the tax liability arising from the Income Tax Act.
The organizer does not take responsibility for paying the tax on the winnings to the participant.
The winner has no right to change the prize, demand financial compensation or withdraw from the prize.
3. Complaints within the competition
Complaints can be submitted via e-mail to info@foodland.sk or by mail to the Organizer's headquarters with the specification "Competition - complaint".
4. Protection of personal data
By participating in the competition, the Participant agrees to the processing of his personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
The Participant agrees to the publication of his personal data in connection with the competition on the Organizer's website and communication about the results.
5. Final provisions
The organizer is not responsible for the completeness of the extract from the rules, which may be published on promotional materials.
Full rules are available at any time on the official website of the Organizer - www.foodland.sk
By registering, the Participant confirms that he has familiarized himself with the rules, fully understood them and agrees with them.
The organizer reserves the right to change the rules, which will be effective from their publication on the site.
All relations between the Organizer and the Participant are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
The competition is in no way connected with the social network Facebook and Instagram.
