Cooking with Foodland competition rules

Competition organizer

The organizer of the competition is TRALYCO, SK, spol. s ro, Company ID: 35855991, with its registered office at Stará Vajnorská 17A / 12495, 831 04 Bratislava. (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

Competition duration

The competition runs from January 9, 2025 to September 30, 2025. The evaluation and announcement of the winners will be by October 15, 2025 .

Conditions of participation

The competition is divided into two parts. Participants can choose which part to participate in, or they can participate in both.

Part 1: Cooking with our products

The participant must:

1. Use products purchased at Foodland to prepare your meal.
2. Shoot a video or make a photo documentation with the following parts:
   • A demonstration of the raw materials used.
   • The process of preparing food.
   • The resulting dish and commentary (e.g. recipe description, product experience).
3. Share the content on your Instagram or Facebook profile with the tag @foodland.sk and using the hashtags #CookingWithFoodland and #FoodlandCompetition.
4. If the content is published as a contribution to the story, the participant must send the video or photos separately to the Organizer in a message on social networks or by e-mail to info@foodand.sk with the subject Cooking with Foodland .

Part 2: Product Reviews

The participant must:

1. Use one or more products purchased at Foodland.
2. Shoot a short video, take photos of the ingredients and the resulting dish, or post photos of products with a brief description (review).
3. The review may include taste, quality, usability, or other aspects of the product.
4. Share the content on your Instagram or Facebook profile with the tag @foodland and using the hashtags #FoodlandReview and #FoodlandCompetition.
5. If the content is published as a contribution to the story, the participant must send the materials to the Organizer in a message on social networks or by e-mail to info@foodand.sk with the subject Cooking with Foodland .

Evaluation rules and criteria

1. The content must be authentic and original, created by the participant themselves.
2. Each competition post or video must mention Foodland and include relevant hashtags.
3. The following will be evaluated:

• Content relevance
  • The content must be focused on Foodland products and their use.
  • The format according to the rules for the specific part of the competition must be followed.

• Community engagement

  • The number of likes, shares, and comments on a post (engagement).
  • Interact with the community by answering questions or leaving comments on your post.

• Compliance with the rules

  • Tag @foodland and use relevant hashtags (#CookingWithFoodland, #FoodlandCompetition, #FoodlandReview).
  • If the contribution is in a story, sending the materials to the Organizer via message or email.

Prices

1st place (2 winners - one for each part of the competition):

• Cooking with products: A package of complete ingredients for preparing a meal selected based on the content of the competition entry.
• Reviews: Carton of products according to available stocks.

2nd place (4 winners):

• A smaller package of Asian products as a gift.

3rd place (6 winners):

• Discount coupon for your next purchase at Foodland.

Announcing the winners

1. The organizer will select the best entries based on the evaluation criteria and response on social networks.
2. Winners will be contacted via social media or email.
3. Winning entries will be published on social media and the Foodland website.

Rights and obligations of the organizer

1. The organizer reserves the right to use the competition content for marketing purposes (sharing on social networks, the website, newsletters, etc.).
2. The organizer reserves the right to modify the rules or end the competition early for organizational reasons.

Personal data protection

1. By participating in the competition, the participant consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of organizing and evaluating the competition.
2. Personal data will not be provided to third parties and will be processed in accordance with the GDPR.

Final provisions

1. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to these rules.
